Having recently been selected as the MLS Player of the Week by the North American Soccer Reporters - it's hard to fathom things could get any better for the soccer superstar. But it does as Landon recently sold his massive Manhattan Beach, California compound for $4.295 million after just two weeks on the market. The 4 year old compound has two houses on the lot and boasts high end touches like 11-foot ceilings, antique terra-cotta floor tiles, custom wrought ironwork, and much more. The main house has 5-bedrooms, 7-bathrooms, and over 5,700 square-feet of living space. The smaller house includes amenities such as a gym, sauna, wine-cellar, and home theater.
