Kickstarter Finds Headquarters in Brooklyn, New York

The crowd-source fundraising firm Kickstarter spent a little over $3.5 million of $10 million it secured from Union Square Ventures and Thrive Capital to buy its Brooklyn Headquarters.
The 58 Kent Street building in Greenpoint was once the Eberhard Faber Pencil factory and will undergo restoration, renovation, and reported to include a rooftop garden penthouse.
