After renovating the Upper East Side beauty - Aby listed the unit originally at $75million. The listing received a few offers in the $60+ million but Abby refused to negotiate which ultimately ended up hurting her in the long run as the property recently sold to Sheik Hamad bin Jassim bin Jaber Al-Thani for $47million. The Sheik was rejected by the co-op from Denise Rich's place and Huguette Clark's place prior to his Upper East Side purchase.
